About
I'm a software engineer at Capgemini in Mumbai, where I build backend services in Java and Spring Boot on a microservices architecture. That covers REST APIs, Spring Security with JWT, runtime configuration with Spring Cloud Config, and a lot of JUnit and Mockito tests.
Outside work I build products end to end. Trestle generates system designs grounded in real sources. Daybook is a double-entry ledger wallet service. And there are three frontend projects where I push performance, 3D and generative art.
I graduated in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai with a 9.22 CGPI, and I still enjoy competitive programming: 1000+ problems, with a peak LeetCode rating of 1758.

Building and improving enterprise backend services in Java and Spring Boot on a microservices architecture.
- Developed and enhanced RESTful APIs with Java, Spring Boot and microservices, including Spring Security with JWT-based authentication and role-based access control.
- On a Norway-based pharmacy platform, refactored backend services to constructor injection and introduced a reusable DAO abstraction layer, improving maintainability, modularity and testability.
- Implemented runtime configuration management with Spring Cloud Config, @RefreshScope and Spring Boot Actuator, so configuration updates no longer need service restarts.
- Wrote and maintained unit and integration tests with JUnit 5 and Mockito, increasing automated test coverage for backend services.
- Worked in Agile sprints with Jira, Git, Bitbucket, Concourse CI/CD, Cloud Foundry and Elastic Kibana for planning, code review, deployments and production log monitoring.
